Paris, 28 September 2015 - Groupe BERTRAND and Qualium Investissement announce that they have entered into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition by groupe Bertrand of QUICK and its 509 restaurants. Groupe BERTRAND is a French entrepreneurial, family-owned group, and one of the leading players in the restaurant sector in France. It is the controlling shareholder of BURGER KING France, a joint-venture operating the BURGER KING master franchise in France. The group resulting from this contemplated acquiqtion would become the second largest fast-food player in France.

Paris, 18 June 2015 - Qualium Investissement actively supports Etablissements Sogal in the acquisition of the made-to-measure interior furniture solutions specialist, AGEM. Created in 1981, Etablissements Sogal is the French leader in made-to-measure walk-in closets and sliding doors. Based in La Jumellière, near Angers, Sogal operates two other production sites (at Portes-Lès-Valence and Gérardmer) and markets its products on a BtoB basis to a clientele comprised mainly of the professional trade and DIY stores.

Paris, 18 June 2015 - Qualium Investissement has entered into exclusive negotiations with Naxicap to sell its majority interest in the Genoyer group, one of the world's leading suppliers of equipment for the oil and gas industry. Founded in 1963 and based in Marseille (13), France, Genoyer is one of the world's leading suppliers of piping equipement for the oil and gas and fluid transmission industries. Genoyer employs 1,000 people and had revenues of €292 million in 2014, of which 80% generated outside France.
