Qualium partially sells its stake in New Immo Group to Permira

April 28, 2021: New Immo Group, the leader in digital real estate in France under the SAFTI and megAgence brands, today announced that Permira has acquired a 36% stake.

Qualium which entered the capital at the end of 2018, remains a shareholder.
