What personal data is collected?
This concerns identification data (surname, first name, etc.) and contact data (postal address, e-mail address, telephone) and/or more specific data concerning the profession (functions, title, authorisation), the economic situation of our subscribers, professional contacts, counterparties, etc.
The personal information communicated by means of the contact form available on this site, as well as the IP addresses used for the connection, are the only personal data collected by means of the site and may be kept after obtaining your explicit consent.
What are the purposes and basis?
In short, the data collected is that which is strictly necessary for the performance of our activity as a management company and which allows us to:
-the performance of our contractual obligations towards investors who subscribe to and hold units in our funds under management (or to communicate pre-contractual information on request)
-compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations (monetary and financial code, KYC procedure for the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, tax regulations, FATCA, CRS, etc.)
-the pursuit of legitimate interests in order to best organise the management of our investments and relations with our contacts, business relations, service providers, advisers, consultants, etc.
How is data processed, stored and, in some cases, shared?
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect the data processed and prevent unauthorised processing or disclosure to unauthorised persons.
Data may also be transferred to authorised subcontractors, such as service providers performing services on our behalf, certain regulated professions (lawyers, auditors), or at the request of any competent public authority.
In the event that a transfer of data is envisaged to an entity established outside the EU, we will inform you of this and ensure beforehand that the said sub-processors present sufficient guarantees or are located in countries which have been the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
For how long?
We keep data for at least the duration of an existing contractual relationship, and for as long as is necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.

In order to reinforce its public commitment as a responsible investor, Qualium Investissement has been a signatory of the PRI since July 2010. Qualium Investissement is also a member of France Invest and supports the steps taken by the profession to promote sustainable development.
Qualium Investissement applies the principles of this charter in its internal organisation by ensuring good management and cohesion of its team and by promoting responsible consumption. In terms of applying the principles of good governance, an independent director sits on the company’s board of directors. In addition, Qualium Investissement has set up specific ad-hoc committees for each of its direct investment funds.
Management of conflicts of interest
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 30 to 36 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) No 231/2013 and Articles 318-12 to 318-14 of the AMF General Regulation, Qualium has drawn up a conflict of interest management policy which sets out its approach to the identification, prevention and management of conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of its activities.

Handling of complaints
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 318-10 and 318-10-01 of the RGAMF, and AMF Instruction n°2012-07, of the Consumer Code (mediation process for consumer disputes Article L.152-1), Qualium has drawn up a downloadable document which sets out the following information for the handling of complaints
– how to contact Qualium and in particular the contact details of the person in charge of handling complaints and the competent mediator;
– the time limits for processing the complaint.
Articles 318-10 and 318-10-1 of the AMF General Regulation specify that mediation is possible with the AMF. The mediator may be contacted to settle a dispute amicably in order to avoid legal proceedings.
