Sophie was Head of Administration and Finance (fund administration) at Pragma Capital between 2007 and 2016.
Before, she had been working for six years for an accounting firm in Paris.
She is in charge of finance and accouting for the funds and the management company.

Alexandre joined Qualium after experiences in private equity at Astorg and in investment banking at Cambon Partners.
Alexandre is in charge of IMV Technologies monitoring.
More recently he has been a key player in ChapsVision investment.

Cyprien led the acquisitions and supported the growth of La Foir’Fouille, Kermel, IMV Technologies and Labelium, as well as their buy-and-build strategies in France and internationally, until their respective sale.
Cyprien also contributed to the investments and supports Eurodommages and Magnolia Web Assurances.
Cyprien is a member of Qualium’s Investment Committee.

Valérie CrozetCorporate Lawyer
Valérie worked for the private equity division of Caisse des Dépôts, as a corporate lawyer for the company secretary’s office, and later the legal department.
She is in charge of corporate legal affairs within the management company.

Michel used to work at CDC Participations, the private equity division of Caisse des Dépôts.
Previously, he had spent five years as a lawyer specializing in investment operations at the legal and tax division of BNP Paribas group.

Jean is Managing Partner, leading the investment committees and the global fund strategy as well as investor relations.
He is or has been Chairman or member of supervisory boards in various sectors including: Emlyon Business School, SAFTI, Biscuit International, Mériguet (Ateliers de France), Socotec, Feu Vert. Jean was a member of the Executive Committee of the Caisse des Dépôts Group from 2009 to 2017 and Chairman of the Transmission Commission of former AFIC, now France Invest, from 2013 to 2018.
From 2005 to 2009, he was Managing Director of the European Capital and opened its Paris and Madrid offices, while also participating in the development of its German office.
From 2000 to 2005, he was Deputy Managing Director of Fonds Partenaires-Gestion (Banque Lazard) where he led investments in companies from the industrial, health and specialized distribution sectors.
Prior to that, Jean was Head of the Structured Finance and Asset Management Department at Commerzbank in Paris.
He started his career in 1991 as a construction engineer in London and Barcelona.

Francine FranchineauAccounts Payable Specialist - Office Manager
Francine worked for the private equity division of Caisse des Dépôts.
She is in charge of Qualium’s accounts payable and office management.

Pierre started in 2015 at Rothschild & Co in the Mergers & Acquisitions Mid Cap department, before joining LFPI in 2018.
He participated in the investments Proengin and AmeXio and is involved in their support. He also participated in the investment in Constellation Group and was involved in monitoring Kermel until their respective disposals.

Julie joined Qualium after a first experience at Morgan Stanley in the Leveraged Finance team in London and in M&A in Paris.
Julie was involved in the support of Socotec. She participated in the acquisition and support of Tournus Equipement, Mériguet (Ateliers de France), IMV Technologies and Labelium, especially in their growth and buy-and-build strategies, until their respective disposals.
Julie was also a key player in the acquisition and support of SAFTI, Parella and, more recently, Recocash and Verdot.

Jean-Brice joined Qualium as an Associate after experiences in private equity at Sagard and Macquarie (MIRA), as well as in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets.
He was involved in the SAFTI, Parella and Proengin transactions and is currently supporting their development. Jean-Brice also took part in the investments and supported emlyon business school and Constellation until their respective disposals. He also supported Biscuit International until its sale. More recently, Jean-Brice played a key role in the investment in Verdot and is supporting its growth.

Angèle started as a Private Equity Analyst at Triago in New York after an experience in strategy and organization within the Siaci Saint Honoré Group. She joined Qualium as an Associate.
Angèle is involved in the monitoring of Magnolia Web Assurances and Eurodommages. She was also involved in the support of La Foir’Fouille and participated in its sale. Recently, she took an active part in the acquisition of Recocash.

Moumen joined Qualium in 2024 as Investor Relations Associate. He previously worked for more than three years at Cathay Capital in Paris, in the middle office, monitoring investor relations and the equity portfolio.
He began his career with Ernst & Young in Luxembourg.

Jacques spent 5 years at Fonds Partenaires Gestion (Banque Lazard) as head of portfolio management and monitoring and then, from 2005, as a director at European Capital where he participated in the creation of the Paris office.
He started his career as an auditor with PwC in 1988, then was CFO for the automotive supplier Invensys group in France from 1993 to 1998, and finally for Primagaz internationally from 1998 to 2000.
Jacques led the acquisition and support of IMV Technologies, especially in its buy-and-build strategy until its sale in 2021. He was involved in the follow-up of Thom Europe group. He also led the investment and accompanied Vulcanic until its sale in 2022. More recently, he led the investments in Proengin, Constellation, Verdot and ChapsVision.
Jacques is a member of Qualium’s investment committee.

He was involved in Socotec and Feu Vert and led the investments in Mériguet (Ateliers de France) and Biscuit International, for which he supported the development and transformation strategies, particularly internationally.
He also led the acquisitions and follow-up of SAFTI, Parella, Acolad, and, more recently, of Proengin, Constellation, as well as Recocash and AmeXio.

Boris joined Qualium after 10 years in acquisition finance.
He started his career at Banque Worms and then moved to various institutions before joining Morgan Stanley in London where he was responsible for the origination of acquisition and corporate finance in France.
Boris led investments and supported Eurodommages, Magnolia Web Assurances or Acolad group More recently, he led the acquisition of REALEASE Capital and supports its development.
Boris has also been a key player of investments in La Foir’Fouille and emlyon business school, supporting their growth strategies until their sale.

Antoine spent 2 years in the leveraged finance teams of BNPP and Barclays Capital in London before joining Vestar Capital Partners in Paris.
Antoine has took part in the acquisition of Acolad and Invicta and supports their development. He has been a key player in the investments in emlyon business school and Vulcanic and has accompanied their growth strategies until their sale.
He has also been involved in Biscuit Intrnational follow-up.
More recently, he distinguished himself in the investment in ChapsVision.

Gérald Karsenti supports the investment team in its sourcing, screening and execution work, while bringing his expertise to the portfolio companies.
Since the early 1990s, Gérald Karsenti has managed major international groups in the technology and services sector, including IBM (1993-2005, in various positions), Capgemini (2005-2006, CEO of an SAS of the Group), and Hewlett Packard as CEO France, then EMEA. More recently, Gérald was appointed managing director of Oracle France (2017) before becoming CEO of SAP France (2018- January 2023).
